We BALondontransfer (private hire operator) shall enter into a contractual obligation as principal with the person making the private hire booking to provide the journey, which is the subject of the booking and any such contractual obligation must be consistent with the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and these Regulations.

We will always try to be fair and reasonable to our customers and promote goodwill where possible. Whilst we will exercise all due care and consideration to carry out Client and/or Passenger instruction we will not be liable for any incidence or loss due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

It is the User’s responsibility to ensure that all information that they, or someone else on their behalf, have provided to BALondontransfer is complete and accurate. Registration using automated methods is prohibited.

You must allow sufficient time when making your booking to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. BALondontransfer shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.

The price given in the Booking Confirmation includes the number of pieces of luggage specified on the booking form. Excess luggage, bulky luggage, or the transportation of animals not stated as an additional comment upon booking could lead to corresponding surcharges; the arrangement fee will also be higher, as stated in the Booking Confirmation. We BALondontransfer reserves the right to refuse the carriage of luggage and/or animals which was/were not agreed to. This also applies to animals which are not contained in a closed and suitable transport box.

The driver has the right to refuse any passenger that he feels may be a threat to him/herself or his/her vehicle. BALondontransfer will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or by any passenger in your party and will ask all passengers to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be given if the journey is terminated part way through the hire.

Smoking is prohibited in the guest part of the vehicle. If the User, or guest, ignores this, they are liable to pay not only the cost for the cleaning of the vehicle but also compensate the loss of business due to the downtime of the vehicle. The consumption of food is discouraged. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent.

It is your responsibility to inform BALondontransfer if could not locate the driver or change of journey/plan or if you missed the flight/ferry/cruise connections [inform us the new flight/ferry/cruise details we will change the journey date/time without charge] then driver charge you for that journey.

BALondontransfer cannot be held responsible for any loss financial, professional, missed connection times, flights, trains, because the PHV are not arriving at the pickup address at the booked time due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents or road closures or being given the wrong booking information by the customer.

Driving time and distance shown on quotation page is only for guidance purpose, you may allow additional driving time for your journey in case of road works, diversions, road traffic, adverse weather conditions, additional pickups/drop offs, accident, breakdowns, police stop and search, terrorist threat, kidnaping, abnormal drivers health condition, and any other reasons . You are responsible for choosing your pick-up time, we do not guarantee any driving time and/or we are not responsible for any other financial losses caused or in connection with driving time. We also advise you to take extra time for airline check-in.

The need for safety seats for children should be requested by the User as an additional comment specifying the number and age of children to be transported as well as the required type of seating.

BALondontransfer is not responsible for any loss or damage or stealth to the passengers’ property (i.e. goods or luggage or any other) and/ or any other financial losses caused while loading and/or unloading and/or in the vehicle or trailer operated by us or storage place /any other storage place. Although we are pleased to help you, the passenger is responsible for any valuables/ treasures. For your own safety please take travel or necessary insurance. Do not leave vehicle/goods unattended if driver away from the vehicle for any reason.
